Schedule:

Full-time, Day shift (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each)

• Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs.
• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care based on acuity, preference, and resources.
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions.
• Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently.
• Document in patients’ medical records.

Education:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing

Experience:

• New grad or less than one year RN work experience, or if experienced, moving from non-inpatient to acute direct care with less than one year current acute direct patient care RN experience.

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
