About This Role
The RN in the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Unit at Cleveland Clinic provides high-quality nursing care to complex patients with various gastrointestinal conditions. This role is ideal for dedicated caregivers looking to enhance their skills in a supportive and team-oriented environment.
Highlights- Pay: $36 - $56/hour
- Location: Cleveland, OH
- Facility: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital
- Department/Unit: Gastroenterology and Hepatology Unit
- Schedule: Full-time, Day shift
- Provide direct nursing care to patients.
- Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
- Educate patients and their families.
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- 1+ years of current acute care RN experience; military RN experience considered
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
