About This Role
The RN PRN in the Cardiovascular Surgery Stepdown Unit provides specialized nursing care to post-open heart surgery patients and telemetry patients. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
Highlights- Pay: $43 - $43/hour
- Location: Cleveland, OH
- Facility: Cleveland Clinic
- Department/Unit: Cardiovascular Stepdown Unit
- Schedule: Per Diem, Variable shifts
- Provide direct nursing care.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record and communicate patients' conditions.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patients' discharge needs.
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- 2+ years of recent related nursing experience for external applicants.
- Internal applicants with less than 2 years may be considered after orientation/90-day probationary period.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
