About This Role

As a Registered Nurse in the G101 Specialty Care Transplant Unit at Cleveland Clinic, you will provide care to Med/Surg and Solid Organ Transplant patients, becoming familiar with complex medical histories and innovative surgical procedures.

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document and communicate patients' conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients' discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.

* Education:

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• BSN preferred.

* Experience:

• 1+ years of current acute care RN experience.

** Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current RN License in Ohio.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
