- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250-$2,370
- Shift Duration: 12-hour rotating shifts
- Start Date: October 5, 2026
- Setting: Medical-Surgical Telemetry Unit
- Orientation: Includes required clinical assessments and onboarding modules
- At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience or a closely related specialty
- Active Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand at the time of submission
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Ability to work rotating day and night 12-hour shifts
- Willingness to float to similar units or areas serving the same patient population, if needed
- Strong ECG rhythm recognition skills and comfort with medication-safety testing during orientation
- One recent professional reference from a manager, supervisor, ANM, or director in the specialty
- Available to work at least every other holiday
- Deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered care for adult Med/Surg Telemetry patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, recognize changes in patient condition, and respond appropriately
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to the plan of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
- Support continuity of care across rotating shifts and changing patient needs
- Maintain compliance with facility onboarding, skills validation, and annual competency expectations
- Provide reliable, professional support to help the unit maintain a high standard of care
