We are hiring a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for contract assignments nationwide. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN looking for competitive travel pay, a consistent schedule, and support throughout the assignment.
Requirements- Active RN license in perspective state or applicable Compact RN license
- Current BLS certification or ability to obtain one
- ACLS, PALS, NIHSS may be required for certain roles
- 6 months to 2 years of recent experience.
As a Travel RN, you will provide direct patient care while working as part of the facility's clinical team. Responsibilities may include:
- Assessing and monitoring patient conditions
- Administering medications and treatments
- Developing and implementing nursing care plans
- Documenting patient care accurately in the electronic medical record
- Communicating changes in patient condition to physicians and other members of the care team
- Educating patients and families regarding treatment and discharge planning
- Following facility policies, safety standards, and infection-control procedures
