New Grad RN Resident - Epilepsy Monitoring Unit

About This Role

As a New Grad RN Resident in the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit at Cleveland Clinic, you will provide compassionate care to adult patients with seizure disorders while participating in a residency program tailored to your learning needs.

• Pay: $33.50 - $53.60/hour
• Location:
  
  Cleveland, OH
• Schedule:
  
  Rotating days/nights from 7:00AM – 7:30PM or 7:00PM – 7:30AM

• Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs.
• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care.
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions.
• Seek supervision and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently.
• Document in patients’ medical records.

• Education:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Experience:
  • New graduate RN OR less than one year of RN work experience.
• Licenses &
  
  Certifications:
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
