About This Role

The Experienced RN - Orthopedic position at Cleveland Clinic's Main Campus involves providing direct nursing care to adult post-operative orthopedic patients and coordinating their discharge needs. • Pay: $35.50 - $55.60/hour
• Location: Cleveland, OH
• Facility: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus
• Department/Unit: H70 Orthopedic Unit
• Schedule: Full-time, Day shift

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients' conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients' discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.

Education:

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program) required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Experience:

• 2+ years recent related nursing experience required for external applicants.
• Internal applicants with less than 2 years' experience may be considered with approval.

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
