About This Role

The RN Resident/New Grad Nurse in the Neuro ICU participates in a residency core curriculum tailored to individual learning needs while providing direct nursing care under supervision. This role is ideal for new graduates seeking to develop their skills in a high-acuity environment.

• Pay: $33.50 - $53.60/hour
• Location: Cleveland, OH
• Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, Day/Night Rotations

• Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs.
• Provide direct nursing care alongside a coach.
• Establish and revise priorities for patient care activities.
• Initiate and maintain interventions for safe and effective patient care.
• Respond to data indicating risk to individual health.
• Seek supervision and assistance when needed.
• Comply with established hospital and department policies.
• Document in patient's medical records according to guidelines.

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• BSN preferred.

• New grad or less than one year of RN work experience.

• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN).
• Proof of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within the first year if in a Critical Care area.
