Better And Beyond Family Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Adult Day Care team in Cleveland, OH. • Monitor and assess the health status of adult day care participants on a daily basis
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient health records and documentation
• Coordinate with care team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Respond promptly to medical concerns, emergencies, or changes in participant condition
• Provide health education and guidance to participants and their families
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all program participants

• Valid Ohio LPN license in good standing
• Prior experience in adult care, geriatric care, or a day program setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of medication administration and clinical documentation
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in fast-paced or urgent situations
