American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position on night shift, requiring 12 months of Med/Surg Tele experience and an active OH or compact RN license

• Med/Surg Tele unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 13-week assignment length

• Active OH RN license or compact license in hand at time of consideration
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required, NIHSS preferred
• Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Tele experience required
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required (charge RN references accepted, co-worker references not accepted)
• Required certifications must be active and in hand, not pending

• ECG rhythm recognition test and Safe Medicate assessment completed during orientation, with up to two attempts to achieve a passing score
• PBDS assessment waived for this role
• Nurses are exempt from the facility's nicotine-free requirement
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required, with medical or religious exemptions only
• Background check hits are reviewed, but open cases will not be accepted
• No hits on professional license will be accepted
• Travelers expected to work every other holiday
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• Permanent or per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date
• Assignments at Cleveland Clinic locations are capped at 18 consecutive months, followed by a required 6-month break before returning
