Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated emerging talent to participate in a 10-week immersive internship program from June 8, 2026, to August 14, 2026. This program offers university and graduate students hands-on experience through project-based work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Throughout the program, Interns will have exposure to mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities.

Under the supervision of the Quality Receiving team, the Quality Receiving intern will support daily operations with a focus on workload relief, process accuracy, and documentation completeness.

Responsibilities:

* Assist with incoming material inspections in accordance with established quality procedures

* Support review and organization of receiving documentation, certificates of conformance, and inspection records

* Assist in tracking, documenting, and organizing non-conformance reports and corrective action data

* Support data entry and reporting related to supplier quality performance

* Participate in process improvement activities aimed at reducing inspection cycle time and documentation errors

* Collaborate with quality, supply chain, and receiving personnel to ensure smooth material flow

Requirements:

* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university in Quality, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or Supply Chain or Operations Management; junior standing by fall 2026

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, bills of material preferred

* Familiarity with measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, gauges preferred

* Basic data analysis skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel

* Excellent organization skills and attention to detail

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to travel for in-person orientation and program kickoff as well as for final presentation at program completion

Preferences:

* Previous internship, coursework, or project experience in quality systems, manufacturing processes, or supply chain fundamentals

Hourly Pay Range: $23.50-$30.00 per hour

* Hourly rate determined by academic year, college major, line of business, geography
