The Senior Quality Lead coordinates all planning, execution, and recap functions involved in testing and embedding quality safeguards into the development and deployment of software applications. This role leads QA professionals and fosters collaboration across the project team to ensure delivery of a high-quality product.

• Lead QA teams on large transformational projects, potentially managing multiple quality leads and ensuring all activities adhere to quality standards.
• Oversee quality in all project phases, including requirement review, test script preparation, test execution, and recap.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or workflow issues and highlight risks associated with technical debt, schedule slippage, or other concerns.
• Schedule resources, estimate QA effort, forecast project needs, manage testing requirements with Shared Services, and handle PLC tollgates.
• Calculate and manage test traceability and coverage, assist with test result triage, report on overall application/project health, and recommend remediation actions when needed.
• Build collaborative partnerships with Tech Leads, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders. Actively participate in grooming sessions, status meetings, and project discussions.
• Serve as a thought leader, contributing to the final quality of the delivered product.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

• 3+ years in quality assurance with strong organizational skills, capable of delegating, leading, and hands‑on involvement.
• Knowledgeable in QA practices, methods, and test automation coverage, guiding exploratory testers to fill gaps.
• Deep understanding of application domains, release schedules, and user communities to drive effective delivery.
• Ability to assess application functionality by risk, impact, and importance to prioritize test execution and coverage.
• Domain knowledge or quick adaptability to understand core functionality and client experience.

• Command of resources and ability to maximize assignments for greatest impact.
• Process optimization

  Identify opportunities for automation, eliminate non‑value‑added tasks, and optimize resources.
• Expertise in exploratory testing and mentoring others to maximize test coverage.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead all project phases.
• Strong analytical skills to assess quality metrics, application health, and project risks.
