Associate Engineer – Physical Monitoring (Third Shift)
Job Summary: Provide hands‑on support in Engineering for alarm monitoring of the Building Management System and Environmental Monitoring System during third shift. Work closely with various departments to maintain GMP areas and equipment status, initiate quality events, assess alarm impact, troubleshoot units, and resolve alarms related to equipment and facility. The role helps ensure quality and reliability of therapeutic solutions in a compliance‑focused environment.
ScheduleMonday to Friday (some late or weekend work may be required) from 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (initial training on first shift). Hours may be adjusted as needed.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to make independent decisions with minimal oversight.
- Detail‑oriented with a commitment to high standards of quality and compliance.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
- Experience in a cGMP facility or similar regulated environment is preferred.
Regularly required to experience prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching. Hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment. Normal hearing, visual acuity correctable to 20/20. Occasional laboratory, cleanroom, or manufacturing work may be required. Occasional lifting up to 25 lb. May require wearing PPE when entering GMP or lab areas. Occasional walking, standing, or climbing stairs within office or facility settings.
Must be able to travel between company sites or vendor locations if needed.
