** Quality Engineer*

* This is a highly visible role where you'll  
** own quality initiatives, influence cross-functional teams, and drive measurable business impact** .

** What You'll Do*
* +  
** Own quality performance
** by partnering with operations, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues and ensure consistent product excellence

+  
** Lead supplier quality
** efforts-driving issue resolution, improving communication, and ensuring materials meet DuPont standards

+  
** Investigate and resolve quality incidents** , leading root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurrence

+  
** Support metrology and inspection processes** , ensuring accuracy and reliability in measurement systems

+  
** Drive data-based improvements
** through analysis, metrics tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives

+  
** Implement Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
** and maintain robust quality control processes

+  
** Lead or contribute to RCCA investigations
** to mitigate risks across customer, supplier, and internal processes

+  
** Ensure compliance
** with ISO 9001, AS9100, AS13100, NADCAP, and other regulatory requirements

+  
** Partner on engineering changes** , supporting ECN reviews and product documentation updates

+  
** Support audit readiness and execution** , including internal, supplier, customer, and third-party audits

** What You Bring*
* ** Required Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)

+ Minimum  
** 3+ years of quality engineering experience
** in a manufacturing environment

+ Experience working within  
** ISO
9001, TS16949, or AS9100
** quality management systems

+ Strong knowledge of:

+ Blueprint reading

+ Inspection methods and metrology

+ GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)

+ APQP, PFMEA, and Control Plans

+ Proven ability to  
** analyze data, solve problems, and drive process improvements*
* ** Preferred Qualifications*
* +

Experience with  
** AS13100 and NADCAP*
* +  
** Six Sigma certification (preferred)*
* + Exposure to aerospace programs (e.g., Pratt & Whitney, Safran, Collins Aerospace)

+ ASQ Quality Engineer certification (or willingness to obtain)
