Responsibilities- Leadandstrengthenthesite’squalityculturethroughcommunication,training,and accountability.
- Manageandmaintainthe Quality Management System ,ensuringcompliancewithISO
9001/IATF
16949,customer requirements,audits,calibration,PPAP,APQP,anddocumentcontrol. - Supportnewproductintroductionsbyestablishingandadjustingqualityplansbeforemassproduction.
- Trackkeyquality
KPIsandleadroot‑causeinvestigationsandcorrectiveactionsforsystemicissues. - Overseesupplierqualitythroughaudits,SCAR management,andverificationofsuppliercompliance.
- Enforcecompanypoliciesandmanagedepartmentalhiring,training,performance,andgoal‑setting.
- Bachelor’sdegreeinatechnicalfieldpreferred.
- 10+yearsinautomotivecoatingswithin
Quality,Technical,or Operations;supervisoryexperiencerequired. - Provenprojectmanagementandprocess‑improvement success.
- ExperiencewithISO
9001/IATF
16949;leadauditorpreferred. - Strong problem‑solving,continuous improvement,anddata‑analysis skills.
- Proficient in Excel,Word,ERPsystems(SAP preferred);manufacturingexperiencebeneficial.
- Abilitytomanagemultipleprojects,meet deadlines,work independently,andoperateinafast‑paced environment.
