Location: Cleveland, OH 44146
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00/hr
Shift: Multiple Shifts Available

Hire Sync is seeking Quality Control Technicians for a growing food manufacturing operation in Cleveland. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that prioritizes food safety, quality, and continuous improvement while offering long-term career growth.

As a QC Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring products meet customer specifications, food safety requirements, and industry standards before reaching consumers.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct incoming, in-process, and finished product inspections
  • Verify product specifications, BOMs, and production requirements
  • Monitor food safety and quality control points
  • Complete quality records, inspection logs, and documentation
  • Identify and document non-conforming products and materials
  • Assist with corrective action and quality improvement initiatives
  • Support compliance with SQF, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
  • Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement programs
  • Work closely with production and quality teams to maintain high standards
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous quality control, food manufacturing, or production experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic math and documentation abilities
  • Ability to follow procedures and quality standards
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or SQF standards is a plus
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
