The Judge Group is seeking a QA Manager for a manufacturing company located in the Cleveland, OH area.

Salary$110,000-$130,000
Responsibilities- Lead and strengthen the site's quality culture through communication, training, and accountability.
- Manage and maintain the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO
9001/IATF
16949, customer requirements, audits, calibration, PPAP, APQP, and document control. - Support new product introductions by establishing and adjusting quality plans before mass production.
- Track key quality KPIs and lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions for systemic issues.
- Oversee supplier quality through audits, SCAR management, and verification of supplier compliance.
- Enforce company policies and manage departmental hiring, training, performance, and goal-setting.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
- 10+ years in automotive coatings within Quality, Technical, or Operations; supervisory experience required.
- Proven project management and process‑improvement success.
- Experience with ISO
9001/IATF
16949; lead auditor preferred. - Strong problem‑solving, continuous improvement, and data‑analysis skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, ERP systems (SAP preferred); manufacturing experience beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, work independently, and operate in a fast‑paced environment.
