Your impact

Drive sitewide quality ownership through communication, role modeling, accountability, and training

Oversee customer specific requirements, customer audits, internal audits, calibration, GR&R and MSA studies, document control, and management review while maintaining certifications

Embed quality into new product introductions, ensuring QA and control plan updates before mass production

Track and lead improvements on Cost of Quality, Non Conforming Material Generation, Abnormals, Customer Complaints, and Expired or Off Spec Inventory Management Audit sub suppliers, verify their QMS meets NPAA quality standards, and manage the SCAR process from initial investigation through corrective action implementation

Apply and enforce company policy consistently and hold teams to standard work Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate talent while setting departmental goals

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field preferred
10 plus years of experience preferred in automotive coatings within Technical, Quality, or Operations Quality preferred

Supervisory leadership required

Proven project management and cross functional process improvement results

Standards experience with ISO
9001 and IATF
16949; lead auditor preferred

Advanced problem solving for customer complaint RCA and CI or kaizen

Salary $89,985.14 to $ annually. Compensation for this role is negotiable based on experience and skill set.
