Lead Quality. Drive Continuous Improvement.
We’re looking for a Manufacturing Quality Systems Manager to lead and improve our Quality Management System in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for maintaining IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 compliance
, leading audits, driving corrective actions, and partnering with operations to improve quality, reduce defects, and strengthen overall performance.
- Lead and improve the site’s Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer requirements
- Manage internal, customer, supplier, and certification audits
- Drive CAPA, root cause analysis, and corrective actions using 8D, 5 Whys, and other quality tools
- Oversee document control, change management, and nonconformance processes
- Track quality KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve quality and production performance
- Coach quality personnel and promote a strong quality culture throughout the facility
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent manufacturing quality experience
- 5+ years of Quality Systems experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
- Experience leading audits and managing quality systems
- Hands‑on experience with CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
- Automotive or Tier 1 manufacturing experience is a plus
- ASQ certifications, Lead Auditor certification, Lean, or Six Sigma experience are highly preferred
