Quality Control Color Shader

This is an onsite position in Cleveland, OH on the 3rd shift. You will provide a high level of accuracy in color shading for automotive paints.

Responsibilities
  • Data entry into color portal and quality database
  • Customer communication
  • Preparing pre-ship samples for customers
  • Utilize color measurement instruments and software to ensure accurate color shading
  • Shading in-process batches to meet customer specifications
  • Facilitate batch approval process
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • 2+ years of experience with color including understanding color theory, color perception, and color management principles
  • Must be proficient in using color management instruments and software for color analysis and shading
  • Familiarity with various color shading tools and techniques is required
Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $57,200 to $70,000.
