: 1-Year Contract (W2)

: 3800 W. 143rd Street, Cleveland, OH 44111, USA
Schedule
: 2nd shift weekends, Thursday–Sunday, 12:00pm–10:30pm (4 10hr shifts)

Hours and working days are non-negotiable
Criminal background check and drug test are required.
Job Description- Perform analysis and tests of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products samples of manufactured/intermediate products to verify conformity to specifications.
- Conduct in-coming raw materials testing, ensuring conformance to required specifications.
- Records test results on batch tickets and in company’s computer operating system.
- Organizes and maintains quality records and retains of production/intermediate batches and raw material champions.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of tests.
- Sets up, adjusts, verifies, and operates laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Maintain housekeeping of the working place.
- Respect the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Policy.
- Evaluates retains of production batches in response to quality complaints.
- Performs 5S audits or other audits according to a plan.
- Support all Quality Control related One PPG initiatives.
- Minimum of two-year technical degree preferred (Quality, Engineering, or other sciences) or three or more years of related experience and/or training.
- Two (2) years analytical laboratory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
