Conduct chemical, analytical, physical or sensory testing;
Maintain logs and records (non-conforming materials, hold logs, sanitation logs);
Calibrate and use lab equipment (pH meter, moisture analyzers, scales);
Ensure GMP and HACCP compliance and communicate with cross-functional teams
