What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities.

  • Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality standards, inspection methods, and process controls.
  • Support supplier and customer quality issues while ensuring effective corrective actions.
  • Participate in new product launches and manufacturing process improvements.
  • Spend time on the manufacturing floor supporting production and driving operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment (2+ years of experience).
  • Strong understanding of machining, manufacturing processes, and precision components.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
  • Experience with Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Actions, and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and statistical quality methods.
  • Experience using precision inspection equipment such as CMMs, micrometers, calipers, indicators, or optical comparators.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.
Ideal Backgrounds:

  • Supplier Quality Engineer
  • Continuous Improvement Engineer
  • Quality Systems Engineer
  • Senior Quality Technician looking to move into Engineering
Why Consider This Opportunity?
  • Stable, growing manufacturer
  • Highly visible role working directly with Engineering and Operations
  • Opportunity to drive quality improvements across the entire manufacturing process
  • Hands‑on position with a strong focus on Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
  • Competitive compensation and benefits

If your background includes manufacturing quality, process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, precision machining, GD&T, CMM inspection, or continuous improvement
