Testing Technician
Team Wendy is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Testing Technician to support the engineering team in the design, development, validation, and continuous improvement of helmet products. This role executes hands-on technical work across development and sustainment activities, including coordinating and assembling product samples, building prototypes, supporting test execution and validation, performing process inspections, and assisting with prototype tooling development and installation. The position also supports quality assurance testing and validation of process changes to ensure product performance and manufacturing stability.
The Testing Technician reports to the Continuous Product Improvement Manager. Successful execution requires a working knowledge of manufacturing processes, test methods, and engineering fundamentals, combined with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. This position requires strong ownership, disciplined execution, and the ability to shift priorities while maintaining output quality. High-performing candidates demonstrate self-direction, technical curiosity, and consistent contribution to cross-functional team outcomes.
