We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Quality Control Manager search in the Cleveland, OH area.
Responsibilities- Lead the Quality Control team and manage daily priorities to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Direct, supervise, and support all inspection and testing activities.
- Review and interpret product specifications to ensure accurate, compliant quality inspections.
- Perform inspections using precision measuring instruments and advanced inspection systems.
- Prepare Nonconforming Material Reports (NCRs) for products that fail to meet specifications.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance.
- Experience in a Quality Control leadership role.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, product specifications, and GD&T.
- Experience conducting quality inspections.
