Escrow Officer

As an Escrow Officer, you will handle all aspects of residential escrow transactions while partnering closely with teammates, clients, and industry partners. This position requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. • Manage all aspects of the escrow process for residential real estate transactions
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure accuracy and timely closings
• Communicate proactively with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and internal staff
• Prepare settlement statements and closing documents
• Identify and resolve issues to meet closing timelines
• Maintain compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients and partners

• Previous experience as an Escrow Officer or Escrow Coordinator

• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple files, deadlines, and priorities
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Proficiency with escrow/title production software (e.g.,
  Soft Pro
  )
