  • Perform laboratory testing and analysis while following established procedures and maintaining safe work practices.
  • Promote safety, housekeeping, environmental compliance, and operational efficiency within the work area.
  • Ensure testing activities are completed accurately and in accordance with applicable methods and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and internal stakeholders regarding testing status, priorities, and special requests.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with others to resolve problems and maintain workflow.
  • Review and verify test data for accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and assist in identifying root causes of nonconforming results.
  • Document, maintain, and enter data into spreadsheets, databases, or other laboratory information systems.
  • Coordinate sample handling and facilitate efficient movement of materials throughout the laboratory.
  • Manage multiple priorities and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to overall laboratory performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or another science-related field preferred.
  • Previous laboratory experience in an industrial, manufacturing, research, or quality environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with quality systems or laboratory standards is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn laboratory software and data management systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently after training and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform duties requiring visual acuity and attention to detail.
