Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and skilled team.
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling to maintain quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS for order processing, cash handling, and inventory control.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock ordering, and control food costs to optimize profitability.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and brand standards across all areas of the restaurant.
  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, resolving guest concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Experience
  • Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, with strong supervisory skills.
  • Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within casual dining or hospitality environments.
  • Familiarity with POS systems; experience with cash handling and inventory control is essential.
  • Prior experience in food service management roles including staff training, team management, and shift supervision.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, culinary techniques, and food industry best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on training & development, customer service, and operational excellence.
