• cook vegetables with care and meats to proper temperatures
• be self motivated with saute and pantry

The application process consists of both a standard interview and a working interview/stage.

• 2+ years of experience preparing and cooking food, six months in a similar position.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, loud environment and can stand for up to nine hours.
• Have no problem bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Culinary degree is preferred.
• Serve Safe certification is preferred.
• Catering experience is beneficial.
