• Speed + Precision: You can produce dozens (sometimes hundreds) of meals with consistency, care, and top-tier presentation.
• Catering Background (Preferred): Bonus if you've handled off-site catering or bulk meal prep operations.
• No Line Cooks or Supervisors: This is a hands-on chef role that requires independent execution and leadership in the kitchen.
