LAGO IS HIRING FOR SUMMER 2026. START DATE IS MID APRIL. As a Barback/Busser, you will support the bar and FOH staff by ensuring a well‑stocked and clean environment, enhancing the overall guest experience. Your core responsibility will be cleaning and maintaining the bar area, while your relevant skills in food preparation, customer service, and cash register operations will be essential in assisting with drink orders and inventory management.

Experience in nightclubs and banquets will be beneficial as you work in a fast‑paced setting. Join our team to contribute to a vibrant atmosphere and help deliver exceptional service to our patrons.

Strong cleaning and sanitation skills.

• Experience in food preparation and service
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Background in nightclub or banquet settings
• Customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Ability to handle cash register operations and transactions
• Previous experience in catering environments is a plus
• Bussing tables
• Filling waters
• Stocking bar
• Organization of storage areas
• Washing and polishing glassware
• Polishing silverware
• Sweeping floors
• Setting up seating areas for service
