Busch Funeral and Crematory Services is seeking caring, compassionate, and energetic individuals to join our team as Associates.
The ideal Busch Associate represents our company to clients and the community. Responsibilities include assisting at visitations and funeral services under the direction of the funeral director, maintaining company vehicles (washing, cleaning, detailing), and keeping the facility clean inside and out. Additional duties involve directing vehicles in the parking lot, assisting visitors and families, and answering company phones after training.
Requirements include a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record, high school diploma or equivalent, good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to greet and engage visitors.
