Fashion Team Associate

Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise across multiple departments, ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Provide information on product availability, promotions, and handle customer inquiries. Stock shelves and support inventory processes. Assist in checkout operations as needed.

Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales and customer service standards. Maintain knowledge of store policies and procedures.

• Ability to walk up to 5 miles each day while fulfilling online customer orders
• Experience reviewing customer orders and locating merchandise on the sales floor
• Attention to accuracy and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions with efficiency
