We currently have 4 stores in the Nantes region. To support our development, we are recruiting a cashier and front desk host (H/F).

In close collaboration with the entire store team, you commit every day to ensure quality service and embody our values. As the first point of contact with our customers, your role is essential.

In this sense, your main duties will be:

• Ensure telephone and physical customer reception with enthusiasm and kindness
• Inform, advise, and satisfy the customer
• Manage returns and various requests (disputes, discounts, e-reservation, other)
• Ensure the efficiency and fluidity of checkouts
• Cashier the customer according to the current cash procedures
• Propose and promote our services (payment facilities, gift cards, loyalty card)
• Compile financing request dossiers
• Thank the customer and convey a good image of the company

Passionate about sports and fashion, welcoming and satisfying our customers is your priority. Your ability to relate, your smile, your sense of service, and your diplomacy make you the preferred interlocutor for our clients!

You will not hesitate to communicate and share your energy and enthusiasm with the rest of the team.

If you practice one or more sports related to our sports worlds, you will also encourage the taste for sport among the French.

Ideally, you have a level Bac commerce/service training and you have similar experience, ideally gained within a retail chain where the customer is a priority.
