- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including supervising team members, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring visual merchandising standards are maintained.
- Drive sales by coaching associates, engaging customers on the sales floor, and promoting current trends and product offerings.
- Monitor inventory, assist with opening and closing procedures, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Participate in training, provide performance feedback, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Retail operations and leadership skills, including experience supervising teams, coordinating schedules, and supporting store opening/closing procedures.
- Customer service and sales skills, with the ability to engage shoppers, identify their needs, and recommend products to enhance their personal style.
- Merchandising and product presentation skills, including maintaining displays, organizing inventory, and upholding brand standards.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and provide clear guidance and feedback.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills, including handling multiple priorities, resolving customer issues, and maintaining accurate records.
- Prior experience in retail or fashion-focused environments is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, fashion, or a related field is a plus.
