Job Title: Watch and Jewelry Merchandising Specialist

Winston Retail is seeking a watch and jewelry merchandiser to bring our client’s modern design vision to life in-store. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating visually engaging displays that highlight timepieces and jewelry, while ensuring the space remains well‑stocked, organized, and aligned with brand standards. This hands‑on position blends attention to detail with operational precision to deliver a premium shopping experience that reflects our client’s legacy of innovation and style.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with store teams and management to uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure clear communication around merchandising needs
- Implement visual merchandising that reflects a clean, modern aesthetic and aligns with brand standards
- Style product presentations to highlight craftsmanship and elevate the in‑store experience
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure key items are displayed on the sales floor
- Support new product launches with compelling, on‑brand visual storytelling
- Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and accountability
- Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using the Winston App on a smart device
- Smartphones are required for reporting:

Use an iPhone 11 or newer - Android:
Use a 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest
- iOS:
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift
- Strong eye for detail and aesthetics, with a passion for design presentation
- Familiarity with luxury retail standards and customer expectations
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to evolving brand direction
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced retail environment
