Field Person Job

Field person, you will carry out the supply and general presentation of your shelf according to the rules of merchandising (shelf arrangement, facing, readability of information, product display,...)

You ensure good management of your shelf and stocks and participate in its progress.

You like working in a team.

You know how to welcome and advise the customer, according to the store's welcome charter.

Organized and methodical, you like working in a team and have a good capacity for adaptation.

You must be available from Monday to Saturday.

Your Remuneration:

• Hourly rate:
  Adjusted according to your experience + 5% additional (collective agreement)

• Annual bonus: 1 month of salary for a presence from January to December

• Performance bonus:
  Based on your presence from July to June and linked with your performance and skills

• Participation & Interest:
  With a blocked account paid at 6%
