Fruits And Vegetables Team Member

To strengthen our fruits and vegetables team, we are looking for a student to perform shelf stocking and/or sales on Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the movement of items between reserves and shelves.
• Organize and present items in your aisle and end caps.
• Ensure that products are regularly restocked according to their condition.

Profile:

You are able to welcome and advise the customer, according to the store's welcome charter.

Organized and methodical, you enjoy working in a team and have good adaptability.

You must be available on Saturdays.

Student contract on a permanent basis.

Your compensation:

• Hourly rate:
  Adjusted according to your experience + 5% additional (collective agreement)
• Annual bonus: 1 month of salary for a presence from January to December
• Performance-based end-of-year bonus:
  Based on your presence from July to June and linked to your performance and skills
• Participation & share option:
  With a blocked account paid at 6%
