Client Services Associate - Cleveland Gallery

Summary

Client Services Associate provides luxury service and assesses client needs in the Cleveland gallery. The role supports clients in person, by phone, and by email while partnering with Gallery Associates to create elevated experiences. This position requires refined taste, a polished appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.

• Greet and welcome RH clients and assist with questions or concerns
• Connect clients with appropriate associates based on purchase needs
• Assist and communicate with clients in the gallery, over the phone, and via email
• Provide elevated client services support to Gallery Partners to resolve client concerns
  
  Maintain strong product knowledge of RH offerings
• Create a luxury service experience in every interaction

• Customer service experience within a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or luxury retail setting preferred
• Ability to recognize and respond to multiple priorities with strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to quality and attention to detail
• People- and relationship-driven with a polished, professional presence
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 lbs and maneuver around gallery floor, stock room, and office
