Job SummaryThis position provides optimal guest service ensuring that all guest needs are met in a timely manner. The Sales Lead assists the Store Director and Assistant Store Director in leading the team members in optimal guest service. The role includes higher-level transactions such as cash handling and safe balancing. The Sales Lead is an entry-level supervisor position.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Leadership and Team Member Results- Hold self accountable to all e|n standards of performance and behavior.
- Resolve guest service issues in partnership with the Store Director.
- Lead the Sales Team to ensure optimal guest service.
- Perform all opening and closing operations.
- Build strong relationships with team members to align and support execution of business results.
- Pursue opportunities to promote self-development.
- Create a learning environment by modeling e|n core values.
- Foster Partner team member relationships to support business initiatives and growth.
- Comply with company personnel policies.
- Assist the Store Director in helping staff achieve store location’s sales, per capita, and purchase with purchase goals.
- Achieve personal purchase with purchase sales goals and other statistical sales expectations assigned by store leadership.
- Support the Store Director in coaching team members to meet purchase with purchase goals and other sales expectations.
- Consistently look for methods to maximize store sales.
- Ensure accurate cash handling with the registers, completing all register transactions accurately.
- Work assigned schedule.
- Complete product, operations, and merchandise presentation training.
- Execute and maintain all visual presentation directives as communicated by the Store Director and SSC initiatives.
- Participate in all e|n initiatives and ensure sustainability.
- Respond and react to all communication in a timely manner.
- Perform daily tasks such as cleaning, store recovery, and merchandise placement.
- Be accountable for all Loss Prevention procedures and requirements.
- Consistently demonstrate e|n Cares.
- Ensure optimal guest service by all team members.
- Maintain full knowledge of the venue’s building and its programs.
- Ensure a clean, organized and safe environment for guests.
- Follow e|n and Partner dress code guidelines.
- Participate in regional philanthropic activities.
- Frequently stand, walk, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
- Occasionally reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Pay Rate: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour
