The Part-time Supervisor at Brooks Brothers in Cleveland, OH is an on-site role responsible for supporting daily store operations and delivering a refined customer experience. This role assists with opening and closing procedures, supervises sales floor activities, and helps guide team members to meet sales and service standards. The Supervisor supports visual merchandising, maintains store presentation, ensures adherence to company policies, and helps manage inventory processes such as replenishment and stockroom organization.

This part-time position also contributes to achieving performance goals by modeling effective selling behaviours and promoting brand values in every customer interaction.

• Customer service and retail sales skills, with the ability to engage clients, build relationships, and provide tailored styling and product recommendations.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience, including coaching, delegating tasks, and supporting a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Operational skills in areas such as cash handling, point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and compliance with store procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining store standards, executing visual merchandising directives, and managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a retail environment.
• Previous experience in fashion, apparel, or luxury retail is beneficial, along with an interest in classic menswear and womenswear.
