Retail Sales And Merchandising Supervisor

Micro Center Inc. seeks a Retail Sales and Merchandising Supervisor to lead a customer-focused tech retail team. In this fast-paced store role, you will coach associates on consultative selling, product knowledge, and service excellence for computers, components, and gaming gear. Oversee merchandising standards, pricing, signage, and in-stock levels to highlight key technologies and promotions. Analyze sales and traffic, drive add-on and attachment sales, and support events and vendor programs.

Partner with service and tech teams to solve customer issues, enforce policies and loss prevention, and help train and develop staff for growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach sales associates to deliver consultative, customer-obsessed service
• Drive sales performance, add-on accessories, and attachment metrics
• Oversee merchandising standards, displays, signage, and planogram execution
• Monitor inventory levels, pricing accuracy, and in-stock position for key items
• Support execution of promotions, vendor programs, and in-store events
• Train staff on product knowledge for computers, components, and gaming gear
• Resolve escalated customer issues and coordinate with service/tech teams
• Analyze sales, traffic, and conversion data to identify improvement opportunities
• Enforce store policies, procedures, and basic loss prevention practices
• Assist with scheduling, onboarding, and development of team members
