We're looking for an energetic, friendly, and customer-focused Joy Creator to join our bakery team! As a Joy Creator, you'll be one of the first faces our guests see and will play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience. If you love making people smile, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing great service, we'd love to have you on our team!

What You'll Do

• Create a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest.
• Greet guests with a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently while providing product knowledge and recommendations.
• Help guests select the perfect Bundt cake, Bundtlet, Bundtini, or gift.
• Promote Bundtastic Rewards and encourage guests to participate.
• Prepare and package guest orders according to brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house environment.
• Assist with decorating, stocking, packaging, and other bakery duties as needed.
• Support special orders, celebrations, fundraisers, and other bakery events.
• Work as part of a team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and company standards.
• Help create a bakery environment where every guest feels appreciated and valued.

What We're Looking For

• A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Previous customer service or food-service experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
