Visual Merchandising Specialist

Ashley The Wellsville Group is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to elevate in-store experiences across our lifestyle and homeware collections. In this Retail role within Marketing, Sales & Advertising, you'll design and execute compelling floor sets, window displays, and signage that align with brand standards and seasonal campaigns. You'll analyze sales and traffic to optimize product placement, partner closely with sales teams to drive revenue, and maintain visually stunning, on-brand presentations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-store visual merchandising, including floor sets and window displays
• Implement seasonal and promotional visual concepts that align with brand guidelines
• Optimize product placement using sales, traffic, and conversion data
• Maintain visual standards, signage, and fixture presentation across the store
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaigns and product launches
• Adjust displays based on inventory levels, sell-through, and customer feedback
• Ensure all visual presentations support an engaging customer journey
• Train and guide store teams on visual standards and merchandising best practices
• Monitor competitor and industry visual trends to inform in-store concepts
• Support special events, product launches, and promotional set-ups
