Job Responsibilities
  • The equipment portfolio will include; all industrial equipment and solutions, (predominantly US and European sourced equipment). Standard education, fume extraction, hard automation and cutting equipment product with assistance from the Automation team, but excludes engineered automated robotic systems and customised or non-standard hard automation, fume extraction, and cutting solutions
  • Develop marketing initiatives and collateral through website, brochures, catalogues, seminars, campaigns, trade shows, and product training both in person and online.
  • Maintain and keep up to date product detail driving web content and product information required for SAP master data.
  • Develop strategies to improve equipment product range knowledge, awareness, opportunity / lead identification, and value proposition across our sales team.
  • Manage equipment product life cycle across equipment range to effectively manage and coordinate inventory planning, supply and sourcing, item master integrity and maintenance, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in business or marketing preferred

Experience with the welding industry or welding equipment is highly desirable.

5+ exposure to and understanding of the Australian & NZ welding markets

Experience in product management or marketing skills is highly desirable and Strong organizational skills.

Solid understanding of MS Office applications and SAP system and item master product data

Strong project management and multi-tasking skills

Willingness to innovate and generate new ideas.

Ability to demonstrate initiative and creativity in problem solving.

Business acumen, the ability to manage resources to meet financial targets.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify price/volume strategy/opportunities
