- Develop new customer accounts, advise on service center capabilities, and introduce new services.
- Cross-sell all product lines, focusing on distribution and local motor and power management sales in the Cleveland region.
- Identify prospective customers, develop sales strategies, and conduct follow-ups.
- Analyze customer requirements and coordinate proposal development with technical specialists.
- Present proposals and establish long-term customer relationships.
- Consult on pricing, specifications, warranties, and service adaptations.
- Maintain knowledge of marketplace competition and bid situations.
- Extensive knowledge of low voltage NEMA frame motors and advanced rotating electrical machines.
- Four-year degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Sales experience of 3+ years in similar industrial environments.
- Ability to travel over 40% of the time.
- Lead with integrity and prioritize safety.
- Value teamwork, accountability, and customer focus.
- Proactive, innovative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communicator and curious learner.
