Business Development Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of business development or sales experience
• Experience in technical or manufacturing environments

• Background in collaborating with engineering or operations teams
• Experience in aerospace industry

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within targeted markets and strategic growth areas.
• Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and growth plans.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to secure profitable agreements.
• Track sales activities, pipeline performance, and provide forecasts and reports to leadership.
• Represent the organization externally while promoting ethical conduct, urgency, and professional communication.
