What You'll Do- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to identify and engage potential clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to foster initial interest
- Qualify inbound inquiries and leads through effective communication, ensuring they meet target criteria for further sales engagement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and presenting tailored technology solutions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute outreach strategies that increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Use CRM software such as Salesforce to log interactions, track prospect activity, and manage sales pipelines efficiently
- Assist in conducting product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions’ value propositions
- Support business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and nurturing ongoing customer relationships
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on technology or software solutions
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer data and sales activities
- Knowledge of technical sales processes and understanding of how technology solutions address client needs
- Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
