We’re helping a top-7 global leader in early education hire an Enrollment Coordinator to help families find the right fit for their children. They operate dozens of early-education centers across the U.S. in markets like Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Ohio and Pennsylvania....and are adding more!
They ve been on fire in 2025 due to new messaging they rolled out earlier this year which tripled their inbound leads. A few months ago, they hired their first Enrollment Coordinator who’s already 2x’d qualified meetings vs their old process.
Now they’re building the team.
About the RoleYou’ll be the first point of contact for parents exploring their programs (listening, qualifying, and scheduling tours that turn into enrollments). It’s consultative, fast-moving work that blends empathy and precision.
What You’ll Do- Engage inbound parent inquiries by phone, text, and email.
- Qualify needs and schedule high-value school tours.
- Collaborate with local center teams to ensure a smooth experience.
- Track and optimize conversion data inside the CRM.
- Share insights to refine scripts, follow-ups, and lead flow.
- 6+ months of experience in sales, BDR, or appointment setting roles
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline without losing the human touch.
- Curiosity and a genuine desire to help families make the right choice.
- Location: Cleveland, OH or Boston, MA (3 days/week in-office)
- OTE: $80K ($50K base + $30K commission)
- Potential Growth paths: Manager of the Enrollment team, Account Executive, or Marketing roles
